PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of recieving booking link. Your appointment request will be removed if deposit is not paid within 24 hours. All payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App.

Final Balance 

The final balance payment is due the day of the shoot or before the photoshoot. Images will not be sent out until the remaining balance from the shoot has been paid.

Area We Serve

We serve the Greater Houston, Katy, and Cypress Area. If you are in any surrounding area that is not listed a travel fee will be required. If you would like your shoot to take place outside of the listed areas please include the City name on your booking inquiry form. A travel fee may be added.

Session Arrival

Please arrive at your session on time. Session end time will not be extended due to the client being late. There will be an additional $25 late fee that will be added to the session balance if the client is more than 15 minutes late.

After 30 minutes , your session will be canceled and your deposit will NOT be refunded.

Rescheduling due to tardiness will require another deposit. (Original deposit is not transferable to another session due to tardiness)

Cancellations/Rescheduling

Deposits will act as a cancellation fee. The fee can be credited towards a future session if the client rescheduled the appointment by email 48 hours prior to the date of the session.

Cancellations after 48 hours will require another deposit if the client would like to reschedule.(Original deposit is not transferable to another session)

Image policy

Unedited images will be sent out via pixieset link within 1-2 business days from the day of the session or the date the client's balance is paid. The turnaround time for edited images are 7-14 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date the edited selections are made.

Additional edits are available to purchase- $25 per edit

**Jewel Photography reserves the right to display all client work on social media, portfolio etc.

Studio Sessions

There is an additional fee for all packages if you would like a studio session. Please choose the studio add-on when booking a studio session.  A questionnaire will be emailed to you if you choose the studio add on. The questionnaire must be completed within 24 hours of you booking your session. 

Studio fee will be added to the total balance and is included in the 50% deposit. If you are interested in a studio shoot, please consult with us before booking.
